How This Permanent Weight Loss and Optimal Health Program Works

Most people have heard that the best, most nutritious way to eat is 6 small healthy meals each day, rather than the 3 traditional ones.

Why 6 small healthy meals per day?

People struggle with "diets" because they get so hungry. Through eating 6 small healthy meals per day, this program reduces and eliminates cravings because it balances your body’s blood sugars, not because of some unhealthy appetite suppressant.

Many people make the attempt to prepare 6 small healthy meals per day on their own, but end in failure because it was just too much work! It is just too time consuming to read labels, count calories or points, or whatever! People just do not have the time to plan, chop, mince, grate, and prepare six small meals every day. We live in a “Fast Food” society for a reason; they supply it because our busy schedules demand it. This program actually combines the best of both worlds. The point of this program is to teach how to eat the 6 small meals that every nutritionist and expert recommends with the convenience we all need. It creates a vehicle for you to do what is healthy, which is eating six small meals a day, and provides the convenience for our grab and go lifestyles.

The ease, convenience, and success of the program is based on our meal replacement program with foods that are perfectly balanced in proteins, carbs, and fats which will balance our blood sugars and insulin levels. You only have to think about 1 of the 6 meals each day!

There are items like soups, oatmeals, puddings, shakes and bars and even cappuccino and chai latte. The most preparation required is adding some water and sometimes using a microwave for a couple of minutes. Again, each meal is perfectly balanced in proteins, carbs, and fats, as well as providing all your essential vitamins and minerals. One meal each day - you eat on your own; lean meat and green vegetables.

So with this program you only have to think about one meal a day. This meal can be eaten at home or away, even at your favorite restaurant.

The convenience of this program makes a huge difference in the success of the participants. If you told me I had to plan and prepare 6 meals each day with perfect nutritional balance it would last all of about one day…maybe not even that long because I just don’t have that kind of time. So the program matches the right nutrition that our body needs and the convenience that makes it work.

There are some questions then that come up when people find out that “Oh, I have to buy food – I have to buy somebody else’s food”. Well don’t look now, but you’re probably buying somebody else’s food anyway! The program has three phases:

  1. Weight Loss
  2. Transition
  3. Maintenance

Weight Loss

The first phase is weight loss. During the weight loss phase you eat five of the meals provided for you and then one of your own – we call it 5 & 1. On average, during the weight loss phase you will lose 2-5 pounds per week – your body starts becomes a fat burning machine, rather than a fat building machine and the unwanted pounds begin melting away and you begin to feel great!

Transition

After the weight loss phase is over, you move into transition phase. Transition is where you start adding back in some foods that you didn’t have during the weight loss phase. These are healthy foods that just were not conducive to the weight loss phase. This is a gradual process to ensure you do not gain your weight back!

Maintenance

The third phase is maintenance- this phase lasts for the rest of your life! 

We do not call this program a diet. Diets do NOT work! – people that go on “diets” put their weight back on.

Some people successfully make it through the weight loss phase only to go back to eating how they did before!  This program is based on behavior modification – we help you train your body how to eat the healthy way, six times a day. So when you get into the maintenance phase, that’s still the most important thing. Whether you buy this food or not, it doesn’t matter. Your body is going to want protein, carbohydrate, fat-balanced food every 2-3 hours. Some people are concerned that they have to eat this food the rest of their life. For many individuals, they know that weight control will be a lifelong journey. That is why this is not a diet - this is a way of life whether you use this food or traditional foods to maintain a healthy weight permanently. Many continue to use this food because it’s healthy fast-food, while others choose to prepare all of their own food at that point. It’s 100% your choice.

The Cost

The other concern that sometimes people have is the cost ($$$$$). The cost is just the cost of your food. There are NO enrollment, monthly, or support fees. The food costs about $8 to $10 a day for 5 meals per day during the weight loss phase. The relative cost depends on how much you currently spend on groceries, grab and go foods, and eating out.
